LightningChart Python 1.0 is out now!
Python library for real-time plotting, offering high-performance and visually rich graphics
LightningChart Python v.1.0
We are excited to announce the release of LightningChart Python 1.0. For the past few months, we ran a beta version of LC Python, during which some of you had the chance to test our Python graphics library for free.
Now, we are introducing a revamped and official library for plotting real-time data in Python. LightningChart Python will be available for Data Science users as well as for Software Developers.
Developers and Data Scientists will be able to leverage different high-performance graph types, customizable UI elements, and real-time plotting. LightningChart Python is compatible with different Python notebooks and supports PyQt integration. See more in the documentation.
Python Graphs Library
LightningChart Python features different types of graphs with different variations including Line graphs, Scatter plots, Heatmaps, Area plots, and Box plots.
LightningChart also introduces Python 3D plots featuring 3D Line Graphs, 3D Scatter plots, 3D Surface plots, 3D Mesh Plots, and 3D Box plots.
You can also create Polar plots with different types of series (polar area, polar heatmap. polar polygon, polar point, polar line, and polar sector).
LightningChart Python also features bar plots, spider charts, gauge charts, pie charts, funnel graphs, pyramid graphs, treemaps, map charts, and dashboards.
About LightningChart Python licenses
For Data Science
LightningChart Python offers dedicated personal licenses designed for data science users who require high-performance Python graphics libraries. LC Python has been optimized for Python environments including Python notebooks.
For Software Development
LightningChart Python is also available for software developers who require the integration of powerful Python data visualizations for commercial and distributable software applications. This license comes with dedicated development and deployment keys.
