LightningChart .NET: Changes in pricing on January 18th, 2023
From January 18th, 2023, we will be adjusting our prices and there will be a price increase in our .NET charting library license in addition to new licensing types.
The price changes will affect of LightningChart .NET packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum). Additionally, we’re introducing a new Perpetual and Non-Perpetual licensing model with different support levels.

Additionally, we’re introducing a new Perpetual and Non-Perpetual licensing model with different support levels.
Introducing Perpetual & Non-Perpetual Licenses
From January 18th onward, all packages will be available for purchase in 3 different license tiers with their own support levels:
- Perpetual License, Premium Support
- Perpetual License, Standard Support
- Non-Perpetual License, Limited Support
Perpetual VS Non-Perpetual Licenses
Perpetual licenses can either be purchased with Standard or Premium Support. Perpetual licenses are the ideal option to secure endless development and deployment rights. You will continue to receive software updates until the end of your subscription which you can renew at a preferential rate of 50%.
Non-Perpetual licenses can be purchased with Limited Support only. Non-Perpetual licenses have limited development rights valid until the end of the subscription. Deployment rights are limited until the end of the subscription and must be removed afterward, including form end-users. You will continue to receive software updates until the end of your subscription. The renewal rate is 100%.

Support Levels
Premium Support applies only for Perpetual Licenses. It features priority and unlimited technical support plus one additional 30-minute video call a year with our data visualization specialists.
Standard Support applies only for Perpetual Licenses. It features 10 support tickets for a 1-year subscription and 15 support tickets for a 2-year subscription.
Limited Support applies only for Non-Perpetual Licenses. It features only 2 support tickets for a 1-year subscription and 4-support tickets for a 2-year subscription.
Additional Support Tickets
- 3 tickets at 350 USD
- 5 tickets at 500 USD
Current Customers
You can unlock these new benefits by renewing/upgrading your license to a Perpetual, Premium Support license.
Note: Only Perpetual, Premium Support licenses qualify for unlimited, priority support and a yearly 30-min tech support video call.
Renewals & Upgrades
An expired subscription can be renewed for any Perpetual subscription at a preferential renewal rate of 50%. Otherwise, you can renew your subscription for a Non-Perpetual license at the normal renewal rate of 100%.
Upgrades are possible. If you would like to upgrade your current subscription, the price will be the difference between the current and the new subscription.
Note: Please be aware that our latest version of Installer with new license types enabled will be available in about 1-2 business days.
