If you are a commercial trial user, you can take advantage of your special privileges for both technical and commercial queries. Learn more about Trials and Integration](/6.1.2/services/trials-and-integration).

On the other hand, if you have already finished your trial and are a commercial customer, you can either:

  • Open a ticket in Customer Portal](/6.1.2/services/customer-portal) > Support > Create Ticket (asking questions is free), or
  • Directly email/phone/text your LightningChart contact person

Non-commercial users don't have a dedicated contact channel, but you can post general questions and issues in Stack Overflow. These are checked by LightningChart maintainers from time to time.
