Installation v11 and above
Run the setup wizard
If you are installing any other major version above v11, then in following instructions just substitute with corresponding number (e.g. v12)
Run LightningChart .NET SDK v11.exe. The setup will install the components into Visual Studio toolbox. It also installs the help files associated with the toolbox controls. If components or help install fails, install them manually as instructed in the following sections.
Note, when trialing LightningChart, SetupDownloader.exe is most likely used. This downloads and installs the SDK, meaning running LightningChart .NET SDK v11.exe explicitly is not required. Instead user should click 'Download and install' button.
The installer creates LightningChart .NET SDK v.11/v.12 folders in the Start menu:

The software installs to C:\Program Files\LightningChart\LightningChart .NET SDK v.11/v12 by default and creates C:\ProgramData\LightningChart\LightningChart .NET SDK v.11/v.12 folder which contains assembly (.dll) files as well as Demo Service solution used to demonstrate the use of LightningChart in headless mode.
Furthermore, a shortcut to LightningChart Dev Center is added to the desktop.
At the end of SDK installation user will be prompted to launch LightningChart Interactive Examples app (which could be very helpful while you are learning how to use library or just searching for the idea of implementation/functionality)
