Graphic drivers issue

A graphics driver is essential part of LightingChart rendering. This is the software which allows programs to use computer's graphic hardware. Whatever you play video game or run data visualization (charting) application, the computer's graphics drivers help to get the best performance out of your hardware.

Graphics drivers may have errors which will effect your application. Therefore, it is important to keep them up-to-date. How graphics drivers may affect LightingChart .NET control performance was described in recent new article about Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
If your charting application is slow, freezing or blocked from graphics hardware, then check the tips in above article.

You can learn about your graphic hardware and driver version by running DirectX Diagnostic tool (DxDiag). Alternatively, you can open Device Manager and check Display adapters section.

Whenever your charting application produce renders chart differently on different machines, the reason could be different or faulty graphic drivers.

Note, typically Remote desktop software is running own display drivers. Therefore, LightingChart rendering result maybe different as compare to running application locally. In addition, they could be prone to errors or insufficient support of DirectX hardware acceleration.
