Actually, it turns out there is a relationship between the itemwidth and the stickwidth. It doesn't render properly when the itemwidth is an odd number. As long as I maintain this value to an even number the stickwidth retains the setting I give it. I assume the people who make the traderchart knew ...

Thanks Kestutis for your reply. I see your TraderChart does this perfectly, so I'll keep investigating the settings. Perhaps I can switch to the Traderchart.
